Wool Hank | naturally dyed

from €34.00

Merino wool yarn for nº 5 - 6 knitting needles and nº 4 - 4,5 crochet. Each color is obtained through artisanal dyeing techniques, extracting pigments from plant waste provided by our partner farmers. Our Spanish merino wool comes from a small extensive livestock farm in “las dehesas” in Extremadura, a holistic system that integrates free-range rearing with the wild natural ecosystem. Ensuring animal welfare and free from mulesing. This wool has been combed to remove impurities, so it is very soft and does not itch.

Materials: 100% Spanish merino wool

100gr

Colors: Orange from onion skins, Yellow from pomegranate skins, Brown from chestnut burs, Pink from avocado stones, Green from red onion skins.

Made in Spain

Note: There may be variation in color tone or intensity from one dye bath to another, as long as the dyeing is done by hand and with plants, no two dye baths can be exactly the same. If you need your skeins to be of the same dye bath please indicate this on the order form or send us an email. Due to the fact that it is a rustic, it can have knots and irregularities.
