Pure wool jumper hand dyed with fruit discards. A oversized & gender-neutral essential, entirely made in Spain. Each color is obtained through artisanal dyeing techniques, using avocado seeds provided by our collaborating food producers and farmers whose fields are in southern Spain. By extracting the pigment from the avocado pit through the oxidation of tannins, pink tones are slowly obtained. Knitted with our local merino wool from a small extensive livestock farm in “las dehesas” in the interior of Spain, a holistic system that integrates free-range rearing with the wild natural ecosystem, adopting practices for animal welfare. This garment feels like being hugged by plants. Soft, cozy, toxic free, and durable.
